Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene stickers are still firmly attached.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code or exchange confirmation within 5-7 business days.
